The world of berries makes a stop at Macfrut (7-9 September in Rimini). Appointment with Italian Berry Daythe big news of the 2021 edition of the international fruit and vegetable show, scheduled for Wednesday 8 September.

Promoted by Ncx Drahorad and ItalianBerry.it in collaboration with Cesena Fiera, Italian Berry Day will be an international conference attended by the main opinion leaders in the sector, plus a themed exhibition area in the central entrance of the kermesse (South Hall).

The conference will be open to the experiences of the entire supply chain, with contributions from the world’s main production and marketing areas, a platform for meetings between nurserymen, producers, packers and large retailers.

The berries market is growing exponentially worldwide, doubling its turnover in a decade to around 2 billion euro. In Italy, volume growth over the last year has been estimated at between 15-20%.
